For PST #055, we welcome guests Michael Lawrence of the PSW podcast, Signal to Noise and Jim Yakabuski, independent tour A1 and author to discuss some of the hottest topics around SMAART and system optimization. Topics will include sub alignment techniques, multi-microphone measurement techniques, types of mics, and systems to use, (wired and wireless), delay (philosophy and procedures). Also, we will cover using SMAART to ‘listen’ outside the mixers coverage area and piecing all the systems together, including SPL logging.
